Founded by Rev. Mipo Dadang, the Mipo Dadang Foundation was launched on March 30, 2024.
The Mipo Dadang Foundation (MDF) exists to meet people at the point of their real need — sociological, economic, and spiritual — and to walk with them toward wholeness and purpose.
We believe a leader is not finished until they have raised another leader. That conviction shapes our discipleship: relationships that don’t merely add, but multiply, so that those we teach can in turn teach others also.
Our world is in dear need of those who touch the lives of people. When a person's way of life is not transformed, it will continue to be devoid of its power.
Martin Luther King said, "An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity."
This is also true of one's area of education. Until a person's education begins to address issues around him or her, such an education lacks the power to transform from within.
We live in a world full of pain and broken relationships. Everyone experiences conflict to some level (young or old), from a small disagreement within a family through to full -scale war between two or more groups. These conflicts have left devastating impacts. It is therefore critical that there is a need to begin to practically engage in transformation leadership practice that seeks to restore Shalom in people's lives. This is what Mipo Dadang Foundation is all about. MDF exists to preserve the dignity of humanity under these objectives:
Address people’s sociological and economic needs with sustainable approaches.
Help people have a right perspective toward human beings.
Provide informal renewal and mentorship to emerging leaders.
Build the capacity of persons to handle and manage the conflicts and crises of life with appropriate measures.
Provide intervention for vulnerable persons to cope with life situations beyond temporal physical needs.
